PEP Student Learning Plan
The Florida PEP Student Learning Plan provides a customized, parent-developed framework that guides instruction for each student and identifies the academic resources and services needed to address their individual learning needs. This plan is submitted annually to the student’s Scholarship Funding Organization (SFO) as a requirement for participation in Florida’s Personalized Education Program (PEP), which offers education savings accounts to eligible students.
In short, it exists to empower parental direction, individualize student learning, and fulfill the administrative requirements for accessing Florida’s education scholarship funds outside traditional public or private school enrollment.
